Newly renovated luxury apartment with two separate bedrooms, large living-dining area and large (10 m²) Mediterranean loggia in direct beach location.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator, hair dryer, etc.
Close to the center, bars, restaurants, shops and the marina are in the immediate vicinity. A car is not required.

The apartment is located in one of the closest properties in Grömitz in a very popular apartment complex and has been awarded 4 stars by the tourism association.
There is a sauna, a wash house and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity.
A parking lot is available to our guests free of charge. This apartment is extremely popular with our guests.
