The historic mansion is not far from the River Elbe and the Elbe bridge "Blue Wonder", at Schillerplatz in Dresden-Blasewitz. The center of Dresden is about 6km and is easily reached by car or tram. The spacious 5-room apartment, with three bedrooms is located on two floors. Especially suitable for groups, families and couples traveling together. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, living room with additional sofa bed, kitchen, conservatory, balcony, bathroom and hallway. In the attic there is a living-dining-kitchen area with a further Schlafchouch, a bedroom, hallway and bathroom. The apartment includes a garden area which can be used with.
