You are renting a semi-detached house that was renovated in 2013 in the quiet and central district of Dresden-Briesnitz. The apartment extends over 2 floors, on the ground floor you will find the large living room, the kitchen with dining area and a toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms for 4-max. 5 people and the bathroom with a large shower, washing area and toilet. You will find a reading corner in the stairwell. In the garden is a seat for 5 people. You will find the parking space for your vehicle directly in front of the house. If you arrive by train, the bus stop is only 500m from the house.
The apartment is 1 km from the Dresden-Altstadt motorway exit and 15 minutes from the city center by car or public transport.

Tolle Doppelhaushälfte in ruhiger LageDie Wohnung war sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort hervorragend gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für Ausflüge zur Moritzburg, nach Meißen, aber auch in die Altstadt ideal. Aus diesen Gründen ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Außer das wir einen falschen Code für den Schlüsselkasten hatten und die Wohnung beim Einzug sehr kalt war, waren wir trotzdem mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Mängel wurden kurzfristig behoben. Ein Haltegriff in der sehr schönen und geräumigen aber rutschigen Dusche wäre für ältere Mieter von Vorteil. Die Ferienwohnung können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Doppelhaushälfte am ruhigen Stadtrand von Dresden gelegen

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und hat viel Platz für vier Leute. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage am Stadtrand von Dresden ist gut gelegen, um mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Dennoch wohnt man ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 5 Minuten vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super! Super! Super!

Die Wohnung bzw. die Haushälfte befindet sich außerhalb der Dresdener Innenstadt bequem über die Autobahn zu erreichen! Man kommt aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut in die Stadt und auch wieder zurück! Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet und hat an Einrichtung das was man braucht! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett! Wir haben die sieben Tage in Dresden sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Check-in völlig unkompliziert . Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke, was will man mehr. Dresden ist eine sehr sehenswerte Stadt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, eine wirklich schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter. Man ist mit dem Bus schnell im Stadtzentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank :)

Die Ferienunterkunft war genau richtig für uns. Nicht zu weit weg vom Zentrrum und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht für eine schöne Zeit in Dresden.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Sofas, Betten und Dusche sind sehr bequem. Mit dem Auto konnte man vom Haus aus gut alle Ziele in Dresden und im Elbsandsteingebirge erreichen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer konnten wir für einen spontanen Besuch unserer Tochter mit Enkelkind nutzen, das war unproblematisch möglich. Es stimmte alles.

Gute Wahl!

Wir haben zu zweit 10 Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die über zwei Etagen gehende Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und freundlich, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen und guten Wohngegend; die Innenstadt ist von der 8 Minuten entfernt liegenden Bushaltestelle gut auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie war jederzeit ansprechbar, die Anreise und Schlüsselübernahme gut organisiert. Fazit: die Wohnung war für uns eine gute Wahl, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Fewo ist ideal geeignet für bis zu 4 Personen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, problemlose Organisation, alles ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ganz hervorragend ist die ruhige Lage in dem sehr ordentlichen Stadtteil. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Gemütliche und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu viert für acht Tage in dieser geräumigen Ferienwohnung, die über zwei Etagen geht und sehr gemütich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ein Bäcker ist um die Ecke und die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in knapp zehn Minuten gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in etwa 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, wo man sehr zentrumsnah für 3,00 oder 5,00 EUR den ganzen Tag parken kann. Die Küche hat eine gemütliche Sitzecke, das Bad ist modern und mit einer schönen großen Dusche ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Schön ist auch die "Rückzugsmöglickeit" in der Leseecke im Obergeschoss. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin wahr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen.
