You are renting a semi-detached house that was renovated in 2013 in the quiet and central district of Dresden-Briesnitz. The apartment extends over 2 floors, on the ground floor you will find the large living room, the kitchen with dining area and a toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms for 4-max. 5 people and the bathroom with a large shower, washing area and toilet. You will find a reading corner in the stairwell. In the garden is a seat for 5 people. You will find the parking space for your vehicle directly in front of the house. If you arrive by train, the bus stop is only 500m from the house.
The apartment is 1 km from the Dresden-Altstadt motorway exit and 15 minutes from the city center by car or public transport.
