On Mountain two bedroom unit sleeping 6

You won't believe that you are staying at North Peak Condo at Sunday River. You will feel like you are staying in a cabin on top of a mountain. This condo has been completely redone. Located on the top floor of building three which is one of most desired spots at Sunday River. The trail access is amazing and so aren't the views from the windows. Bedroom one has a king size bed. Bedroom two has a full with a twin bunk over. There is also a blow up mattress if needed. North Peak also offers an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Cozy Condo with Great Trail Access

We really enjoyed our stay at North Peak. The trail access was great and the views were beautiful. It was a very cozy condo and fit our family of 5 perfectly.

Ski Weekend

Great location, cozy and clean unit. Lockers in basement for skis and access directly onto trail made it an awesome option for our family with young skiers. Would definitely book again.

This condo is beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable and located just yards off the slopes just above South Ridge Lodge. This is our 2nd stay in this unit and we would highly recommend!

Warm, beautiful ski condo!

This condo was perfect for my family of four. Very comfortable, easy ski in/ ski out, fully stocked with anything you need. Very conscientious owners! The skiing was awesome!

Perfect short ski trip

The condo was perfect for three of us although we could have had more. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect and we could easily swing into the condo from the trip and get back on. The owner was easy to deal with and handled a missing parking pass quickly and pleasantly. Would definitely recommend.

Great location very nice place

Overall a great stay. Easy process, great communication, great location, and beautiful very clean apartment stocked with everything needed. My only complaint is that the bed/mattress and sheets were not the quality I was expecting for the price. Overall though very good experience and would recommend.

Perfect location for all our travels, had a wonderful time, views were so beautiful especially in the morning with the sunrise! Stairs to the apartment were a little rough, but we're all hikers so it didn't matter too much. I just bet this area is on fire during the snow season!!

Ski Getaway

Location is perfect! Ski in/ski out is fantastic but the 6 flights of stairs to this unit is a lot. It also needs to be made clear somewhere that you need your key to access the pool. The unit itself was great it was perfect for my wife and I. It would have plenty of room for a family of four.

Wonderful updated condo with direct lift access.

This condo was an amazing location for a ski weekend. Completely updated and very clean. Exactly as described. Location was amazing as we skiied out the back door directly to a lift and skiied home the same way. This is a great place for a family who loves to ski and we would definitely rent again next time we're back. Maybe the best part was the kitchen mat (we're huge phans!)

Great location, cozy apartment

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights in January. The apartment was easy to find, nicely decorated and very cosy. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We only had one car so parking wasn’t a problem. The location was fantastic, straight onto the slopes in the morning. It is on the 3rd floor but this was no problem for us and the ski lockers on the ground floor were great. Didn’t use the laundry but it looked easily accessible. Overall a great stay, we will stay again next time we ski Sunday Ricer!

North Peak Condo

Comfortable, well-appointed unit. Excellent sleeping arrangements for family of 5. Good ski in ski out access. Good size ski lockers in a well maintained locker room adjoining a similarly well maintained laundry room. Outdoor pool is better for kids than adults (no lounging poolside while kids swim). You need to either drive to building 1 or walk down hill through building 2 to get to pool. And don’t forget to bring your key to access the pool!

Wonderful in every way

This host has great attention to detail! They had extra plugs, extra hooks, a coffee machine for pots or k cups, blankets, and so much more. And I love the decor! It has a wonderful view and a great cabin feel with great art. Just great details everywhere you look. And it was very comfortable for our family of 5, with a cool bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. And goodness what a fantastic location, right on the slopes.Only warning is the stairs, but I think the view is worth it. As long as stairs don’t bother you (and it didn’t bother us), this place is absolutely fantastic!!!

Ski vacation

Excellent ski in/ski out location. 3rd floor, no elevator so lots of stair climbing! Unit needs some maintenance (appliances, sink drains) and the fireplace did not work. Otherwise, enjoyable.

Cozy and convenient

We loved this cozy condo. Very clean. Beds were comfortable and you can’t beat the ski on/off connivence. We might be spoiled for life. Yes, this condo is on the third floor and you need to walk up. The ski lockers/closet on the first floor was great. Laundry not in unit but next to ski lockers on the first floor, bring quarters or credit card. We loved this unit and would surely visit again, kids loved the bunk room.

Reviewer Comments: as others have noted, this is a third floor condo, so be prepared for the climb. other than that, this unit couldn't have been better! there was more than enough room for family of four (with two teenagers), it was clean, comnfortable and well equipped, with lift/trail access right outside the front door. the ski locker easily fit five sets of skis/poles. aside from what's available at the mountain, plenty of restaurants/stores etc... all within a 10-15 minute drive. would definitely stay here again.
