Great ski in/ski out

Condo was very clean and comfortable- Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everting we needed. Would stay there again!

This place provides convenient access to the "Mixing Bowl" area of Sunday River based at South Ridge Lodge. Ski-on to Double Dipper and get to the Chondola and Ski-off from Dream Maker that drops you off right at the condo. The views from the all rooms overlook the ski slope and lifts. This unit has a nice modern feel and is properly equipped for eating in and/or cooking a meal. I do have to mention our surprise when we first walked in at the HUGE TV that is provided. When the weather got cold a couple of nights, the propane fireplace made it cozy.This unit made our ski vacation perfect! I really do appreciate our PM, Julia for always responding to our questions, even after business hours. I really didn't expect that. I would recommend the Property amenities be updated to include on-site laundry facilities. We will be looking for this condo the next time we come to Sunday River!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best location right next to double dipper and dream maker slopes! Easy access, very convenient to take lunch breaks with the kids. The apartment is on the third floor with locker access to the bottom floor to store the skies. I didn't know we had access to the steamy outdoor pool as well! The beds are comfortable and overall the place was very clean! We will definitely book again for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo and the location cannot be beat. It is on the top floor of a pretty quiet building. You can literally put your skis on outside and ski down to the lodge and lift. The living room couches are really nice, large and comfortable. We had an issue with one of the thermostats and running toilet but the management company dealt with it right away. Would definitely rent this condo again!

The rental was lacking in some essentials and did not have great directions on several items (no salt and pepper for example or any directions about ski locker, trash drop off, ect.). The listing indicated it had a coffee maker so we brought coffee but the only coffee maker was a keurig with no kcups available.

Great winter getaway

The condo is very modern in a dated building. Everything was really easy and convenient and seemed brand new. The condo could use a set of steak knives or a butchers block and maybe a drying rack for pots and pans in the kitchen. And the TV in the room with bunk beds is connected to nothing so unless you bring your own fire stick or gaming system its useless. However with that being the hardest parts of our week I would say this place is awesome.
