Soundfront with Dock & Ocean Views, 3 bed/3 bath.

Completely renovated 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath sound front townhome. Access to the ocean is just steps away- directly across the street. The sound side offers a shared dock with water access for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking and other water activities. Each level offers a full bath as well as sound facing decks with breathtaking views. The main living space has an open concept, perfect for entertaining. There is an outdoor shower to enjoy after a beach day and plenty of space for parking.

Bedrooms:
1st floor: Bedroom 1- Queen, Bedroom 2- Bunk Bed (Full over Full with Twin Trundle)
3rd Floor: Bedroom 3- Queen; Also on the 3rd Floor is a pull out (twin) loveseat sofa (in the sitting room)

Bathrooms:
1st floor: tub/shower
2nd floor: shower
3rd floor: tub (jetted)
*Outdoor enclosed shower (hot and cold)

During the peak season (between Memorial Day and Labor Day) we offer weekly rentals with check-in and checkout on Saturdays. During the non-peak season, we offer rentals with a minimum of 3 nights.

Linens are provided (sheets, pillow cases, comforters, bath towels, washcloths.) ** exception- if using the pull out sofa bed, you will need to bring your own linens

Fully stocked kitchen that includes, but not limited to: dining wear, utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, electric wine opener, dishcloths and spices. Brand new appliances: refrigerator (with ice maker), stove, microwave, dish washer. (Please feel free to ask if you are looking for something specific and we will confirm if it is there.)

We have smart tv's in all of the bedrooms and living room as well as wireless internet. Our home is well stocked with board games, puzzles and books for the whole family. In addition, we have a sound machine that can be used if desired..

You will have access to the storage shed and are free to use the following: beach chairs, kayaks, paddleboard, beach toys, crab pot.

Additional amenities: washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes hangers, hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen, koozies.

Cleaning fee includes: Cleaning and linens (bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, sheets and bedding, pillows, pillow cases.) All comforters and extra blankets are cleaned between each stay.

In addition, each home will come with a welcome kit/starter pack that includes: dish soap, bar soap in each bathroom, coffee & filters, creamer pods (5), sugar & sugar substitute, ziploc storage kit, sponge & dish rag, trash bags (5), dishwasher tab (5), starter laundry power, roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels.

Additional amenities: washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes hangers, hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen, koozies.

Exactly what we needed for our stay

The communication with the host was great the entire time from booking through leaving. The beach is a quick walk across the street and the accommodations were just as expected. It’s in a great area with lots to do within a quick 2 to 5 minute drive if you’re looking for more to do than the beach.

Great location

The home was very clean, and location was great. Kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you could need, and having access to the owner’s beach and water accessories/toys was so nice and greatly appreciated! Our family enjoyed the shared dock on the sound and the easy walk across the 2 lane road to the beach. Beach was more crowded in other areas, but at our point of access, crowds were minimal, even during the 4th of July holiday week. We had a great first stay in Topsail!

Wonderful condo on the beach

Beautiful place for a family beach vacation. On the oceanfront, so amazing views all day. Also, a short walk across the road to community pool and the sound inlet area, where we would fish and watch the sunset every night with the boys. This was also one of the best stocked rentals that we have ever had at the beach. Was very impressed overall. We'll surely be back in the future.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

My favorite thing about this house is the location. You have a dock on the sound in the back and the beach across the street. You can see the ocean from the house. The house itself is updated and comfortable with a great beach vibe. The host was also attentive and reached out a few times from when we booked to when we left to help with any questions. I will definitely recommend this place.

Relaxing and Fun

Beautiful and very clean townhome. The kitchen and home were well equipped. We loved the easy access to the beach across the street and the dock in the backyard provided lots of breathtaking views and entertainment for our three year old. The owner was very responsive and left detailed information about the property as well as fun things to do and places to eat. We had a blast!!

Amazing experience

We rented the house for our family to stay at during our wedding weekend and was not disappointed! The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. When we totally messed up trying to access the door code, Robyn was immediately helpful and proactive in ensuring we got inside properly. The house is well decorated and well stocked, and the location was ideal for our weekend plans. The pictures don’t give the property justice, and it’s very spacious. I’d absolutely rent here again, it was a great experience!

Best of both worlds!

So nice being right across the street from the beach access for the house, then also having the dock is the back! We were able to fish/get bait on the dock and also got some crabs in the crab nets! Our daughter loved it! Could also easily go paddle boarding off the dock! Then the house was so tidy and a great layout for our family! They also have a great selection of games for kids! We always buy a new game/puzzle for our daughter for trips and she didn’t even open it because she was so excited for what was there! Great family house, definitely want to rent again! 10/10 would recommend!
