It has wonderful stone floors though out and has been professionally decorated with a tropical theme and accents. The master bedroom offers a new luxurious King bed, flat screen TV, 2 large closets, a side patio and BBQ. The bathroom has a granite counter top, new shower/tub with all new fixtures. You can relax in the living room with a new 42' flat screen HD TV, high-speed wireless internet and plush, comfy furnishings. The dining area has a custom wooden nook that seats 5. There is also a lovely community pool with an ocean view jacuzzi within this property located in Niguel Beach Terrace which has 2 miles of white sandy beach in the front, the Ritz Carlton, to the right and multi-million dollar homes to the left. Come and enjoy paradise at a great value!
