It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, mini-oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle… everything you need to prepare your meals. The living room is spacious and friendly, with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV for relaxing moments. The house also has three bedrooms: two 140 cm beds, a 90 cm bed and a sofa bed. A baby bed is also available for the little ones. You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet for more comfort.

La maison est conforme à la description et bénéficie d’un excellent niveau d’équipement (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, plaque à induction, wifi). La literie est de très bonne qualité et confortable. la climatisation est située dans le salon/salle à manger.La maison est idéalement située dans une impasse donnant directement accès à la piste cyclable menant à la plage.La remise des clés s’est effectuée à l’agence ORPI. Nous avons toutefois dû attendre une heure en raison d’un ménage qui n’avait pas été réalisé dans les délais prévus. Par ailleurs, la propreté du logement était perfectible.Nous avons néanmoins passé un excellent séjour à Mimizan.Seul bémol : la proximité d’une usine occasionne parfois des odeurs désagréables.

Il s'agissait d'une première location. elle n'était pas au niveau des attendus pour une location ...

Maison dans un lotissement. Le jardin manque d'entretien et est encombré. Il n'est ni accueillant devant, ni propice à la détente derrière. La maison nécessite un nettoyage surtout, la cuisine et un changement du réfrigérateur congélateur, qui ne ferme pas. Une fuite au wc a été signalée et la wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas. Une arrivée de radiateur branlante , laissée sans protection dans la cuisine à hauteur d'enfant. Ils s'agit de choses qui peuvent être modifiées facilement pour améliorer la qualité de l'accueil des estivants.
