This is the second time we stayed at this property. Beautiful views, very close to the resort and the state park. Easy drive into Terlingua. Will hopefully stay again next year!

Great location with lots of potential

The location was convenient to Big Bend National Park and the views into Mexico were beautiful. Price was high considering it needs some work inside and out (broken floor tiles, uneven modeling, missing pickets, insect infestation in the bathroom).Owner of was communicative.

Fantastic location & great views

It is close to Big Bend State Park and the large back patio with a fire pit and great seating was a such a wonderful surprise. The view from the back patio was beautiful and we found ourselves out there every night enjoying it. We have already booked it again for next year!

Mountain Biking Weekend

Great house. Solid, spacious and quiet with a big covered back porch and an amazing view. Right next to the resort and an easy mountain bike ride to the State Park trails and the airport trails. Manny was an excellent host. Hope to stay there again next year!

It’s a great time!

We have stayed here twice now. We always go hiking in January. We love the outdoor area and my husband loves the smoker. He has smoked a brisket the past two years and loves the view. Lots of room for our group.

Amazing Views

We enjoyed our stay so much. The view from the back porch was amazing. The house was perfect for 7 adults and we loved that it was pet friendly as we got to bring our dog along for his first big adventure. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area, especially if they need multiple bedrooms. It was great for relaxing after exploring the area during the day.

Excellent Stay!

The pictures dont do the home and view justice. We had 4 adults and 6 kids (6-14 years) for Spring Break. We enjoyed the back porch over looking the Rio Grande. The house was clean and well-stocked. We recommend & would definitely stay again.

Great Property & Comfortable Stays

The host responded almost immediately to our questions which was appreciated, great communication before and during our stay. We stayed for two nights, with a group of 4 adults and 5 children comfortably. The beds were comfortable and soft, the kitchen was spacious, but the absolute best part of this property is the gorgeous views from the back yard in the evening and mornings. Well worth it, and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, peaceful views

Our family of 6 loved our stay. Reasonable drive to Big Bend National park. Close to excellent horseback riding. Beautiful sunsets. Our family enjoyed having space to spread out after a day of hiking. Communication was excellent! Would stay here again.

It’s a good place for a large group, roomy. Stocked kitchen with 8 seater dining Very close to the Lajitas resort, so there are a few food options. The baths could be cleaner and the place was low on toilet roll, minor issues. Will definitely stay here again if we visit with a large group.

Hiking Big Bend NP

The house was easy. No issues with check in/out and centrally located to Big Bend National Park. We spent a few days hiking and exploring the area. After long, hot, tiring days, it was great to have a comfortable house to relax at night.

My wife, daughter , & myself love this area we purchased this home and embarked on a journey to share the love we have for this area with as many as we can. This property is the only property with a head on view of the Rio Grande River. You will be situated in-between both the Texas state Park and the National Park. Just minutes away from Terlingua and situated near all the amenities expected from the region. We wanted to share the beauty of this property with as many visitors as possible.
