Maison conforme à l'annonce et idéalement située pour visiter les caves et proximité avec Pau très appréciable. Grande surface à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, idéale pour faire les courses. Col de Marie blanque à 1h facilitant la randonnée.Dommage qu'il manque un barbecue et des transats. Voie ferrée proche de la maison mais absolument pas gênante, on ne l'entend pas et ne la voit pas de la maison. Endroit calme.Propriétaire très sympathique et facilitant.

PB d évacuation de la douche. Equipement cuisine un peu limite. Sinon bon emplacement et maison agréable.
