Very pleasant house at the foot of the hillsides of Jurançon on the wine route. Very quiet area.
Ideal for meeting up with family or friends.
15 min walk from the city centre of Jurançon (all shops + supermarket), 30 minutes walk from the castle Henri IV and city centre of Pau, golf courses of Billère (25 minutes walk) and Artiguelouve (8 kms).
1h10 by car from the ocean and 1 hour from the Pyrenees valleys (skiing, hiking, Artouste train, Cirque de Lescun, Gavarnie)

Maison conforme à l'annonce et idéalement située pour visiter les caves et proximité avec Pau très appréciable. Grande surface à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, idéale pour faire les courses. Col de Marie blanque à 1h facilitant la randonnée.Dommage qu'il manque un barbecue et des transats. Voie ferrée proche de la maison mais absolument pas gênante, on ne l'entend pas et ne la voit pas de la maison. Endroit calme.Propriétaire très sympathique et facilitant.

Séjour à Pau

PB d évacuation de la douche. Equipement cuisine un peu limite. Sinon bon emplacement et maison agréable.
