We booked this house for some of our workers who were going to be in town, Mae was very easy to communcate with and accomdated all of our requests. It's the perfect place for a relaxing stay!
Mae was so helpful, kind, and understanding throughout the entirety of our stay. She was very supportive in providing recommendations for local activities and she was extremely responsive and clear in giving instructions for a smooth check in and check out, I would absolutely recommend her 10/10 times!
Our stay was great. Communication with the host went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to ski and stay with a group. This is a beautiful home.

Thanks for being great guests! I hope to host you again!
We had a fantastic stay in Bethel over the holidays. The house was a great size for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 toddler. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax, and the house had everything we needed. Mae was also a great host and was incredibly responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thanks for being great guests! Hope to have you again!
Had a great time. The house was perfect for adults and children as the kids had their own little room downstairs. Mae was very responsive when communicating. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
Mae’s home was the perfect house for 8 adults for a weekend ski trip! Less than 15 minutes to Sunday River. The home was perfectly clean, comfortable and had all we needed to make our stay awesome! Mae was readily available by phone/text for questions. Looking forward to staying here again :)

The house and property are beautiful! Very well stocked kitchen. My wife, daughter and I visited to attend a wedding over the weekend. The house is very large and has just about everything you could ask for.

You were wonderful guests! Hope to host you again sometime!!
We all loved our stay at your beautiful home. The house was spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen and books & games for our grandson. 15 minutes from Sunday River on a quiet road. Mae was a wonderful host who answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Hope to return next ski season.

Thanks, Bonnie!! So glad you had fun! Hope to host you again :)
This home is conveniently located, only a short drive from the center of town and about 15 minutes to Sunday River. It was perfect for a family ski week with 6 adults. The kitchen layout made it easy to prep for our day at the mountain and cook dinner later on. The family room/dining is a cozy spot to gather, with a gas fireplace and table for gathering. Mae is easy to contact and answered all of our questions promptly.
Great house lots of room. Yard & driveway much larger than expected. As it was very hot & humid wish there was ac on main floor, large fan certainly helpful. Owner was quick to reply and was flexible in allowing our group to drop some gear off before golf on check-in day.

Hi Jim, I was sorry to see just one star for your review. Was that a mistake? If not, I wish you reached out so I could have provided you with what you needed.
Thanks for the feedback on the AC on the Main floor, we have one on order!
We rented this home for our daughter's and their fiancée as a Christmas gift. They stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved everything about this home. They said the pictures online don't do it justice. Mae was extremely accommodating and readily available if we had any questions or concerns. Our girls say they will definitely rent this home again for a Sunday River adventure.

Glad they enjoyed their visit, Sheryl. Look forward to welcoming them again!
We stayed at Mae’s place in February, and the house is great. Four adults, three teens, and a ten year old had lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy. The counter and large table gave us plenty of room to eat and work. There are numerous large tv’s and the stocked playroom was much used esp. on the day the lifts were closed due to high winds. We all slept well on comfortable bedding. My favorite room was the large ski room. To have practical setup for 7 people preparing for a day of skiing is rare. We would absolutely stay here again - so close to town and Sunday River.

Jeanne, this review makes me smile! I love the mud/ski room too! It’s great for a family trying to load in and out :)
I hope to host you again! Mae
Clean, cozy, fireplaces would be great in the colder months. The bed was very comfortable minus the box spring moving when you shift. I am sure for most it would be fine, but i am a light sleeper so it took getting used to. Was close to town, but far enough away to have quiet and no cars drving by all the time. Internet was fast enough for streaming, and all in all a relaxing weekend away while attending a wedding in Rumford.
