Welcome to our exceptional 360 m² villa, located only 200 metres from the beach. Here, you will find the perfect balance between authenticity and modernity, in a space designed for your comfort and with respect for the environment.

6 unique rooms, decorated with care, each equipped with its own bathroom and toilet, to guarantee privacy and serenity for all.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the rental.

A living room of 81 m², bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows. An ideal place to share meals, play or simply get together.
A cosy living room, with a large TV screen, reading corner and board games, to relax after a day in the great outdoors.

A 45 m² semi-professional kitchen, equipped for gourmets: 5-burner piano, 3 ovens, 2 fridges and freezer.

For heating: an air-to-water heat pump. The whole house is equipped with A+++ LED lighting. A composting space is at your disposal.
