Small community with attached two car garage - second floor above garages with no one above you or next to you. Stunning views. New furniture and appliances. Walk to pool, hot tub and bbq area. Safeway, Starbuck and DJ's bagels is across street. Very quiet

Perfect Getaway

Our month long rental of this condo was perfect. The owners were excellent at communication and condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The condo has beautiful views and is centrally located for enjoying all that Fountain Hills has to offer. Hope to rent this place again. Thanks Mike and Kristiana.

Great week in AZ.

We rented the condo for my visiting Missouri family. We so enjoyed the condo, perfect size and perfect location. The home was very well stocked and super clean. Mike and Kristiana were so easy to work with- only a phone call or text away. My granddaughter used the pool almost every day, didn’t seem to bother her that it was a bit chilly outside. Mike even took the time to air up some pool toys. Fountain Hills is indeed a family friendly spot to hang out!

A month in Fountain Hills

Very nice place to stay. Condo was well furnished. Lots of space for the two of us. Two nice outside areas to enjoy the beautiful views. Plan on going back next year for a longer period of time.

It was all amazing!

The views are beautiful. The condo was well stocked, clean, and quiet! The pool area was also amazing! We had such a wonderful stay here in Fountain Hills!
