Ideal for visiting the castles of the Loire Valley (Château de Blois 5 km, Cheverny 11 km, Chambord 20 km), the Beauval Zoo (40 km), located on the Loire à vélo circuit. Russy forest 20 minutes walk.
Fully renovated 48 m2 cottage with sun terrace located in our property.
Living-kitchen with high ceilings opening onto the terrace.
Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
Living room with a two-seater sofa and a TV.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet.
Bedroom with double bed (140 cm).
Towels provided. Optional bed linen rental (20 euros).
All shops nearby (bakery, pastry shop, snack bar located 2 minutes walk away, open 7 days a week)
Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed.
Cleaning deposit required on arrival: 80 euros
Certificate of insurance for seasonal rental required.
Weekly rental in July (from Saturday 5 pm to Saturday 10 am).
From August 3 to August 30: 4 nights minimum (check-in 5 p.m. - check-out 10 a.m.)

Parfait emplacement pour profiter des beautes de la Loire

Location parfaite pour 2 personnes. Emplacement au coeur des châteaux et des nombreux circuits à vélo. Propriétaire très disponible pour nous renseigner
