Welcome to Maine's best Cottage within a quick stroll to Short Sands Beach and the downtown of York Beach. Soak up the wonderful sea breezes and enjoy the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautifully and tastefully decorated on the inside with keeping with the local decor on the outside. Enjoy the spacious living room that flows into the dining room and kitchen. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. One bathroom downstairs and the other on the 2nd floor. Perfect gem for summer memories.

The property is accessible by a Lock Box.

Welcome letter with check in instructions and basic house rules to be provided by Coastal Getaways 7 - 10 days prior to your arrival.




A family-oriented Short Sands Beach is a clean beach area, and includes a playground, basketball court, public rest rooms and bathhouse, ample parking, a promenade with benches, a park and gazebo. There are several shops, restaurants, ice cream shops.
