Set in the heart of all the action, you’ll be within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and the classic fun of Short Sands. Watch saltwater taffy being pulled at The Goldenrod, entertain the kids at the arcade, and take easy strolls along the shore—then pop downstairs for a coffee from Wicked Coffee or a bottle from My Wine-Sister, both right in the building.
This bright, centrally located condo with street views sits on the 4th floor (elevator access) and offers two bedrooms and two full baths: one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. You’ll enjoy central A/C, a full kitchen with dishwasher, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Spectrum cable and apps, two Keurig coffee makers, a washer and dryer, and all linens and towels included—plus a gas fireplace for cozy spring and fall stays. The unit also includes one off-street parking space with a parking pass located across the street behind Molly O’s, a favorite spot for breakfast or lunch. Concierge services are available upon request, and please note this home is not pet-friendly.
Atlantic House also features boutique shopping, and you may occasionally hear some seasonal entertainment from the building during summer months (rarely noticeable from the 4th floor). With everything so close, you may find you won’t need your car for the entire stay—pure beach-town convenience at its best.
