The apartment is fully renovated, occupies 40m2 and it is in a ground floor in a very quiet street in the center of Heraklion.
It has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, a fully equipped Kitchen and a large Living Room. Also, the apartment has a small Backyard, ideal to enjoy your coffee or breakfast.
The bedroom has a large double bed, TV, AirCondition, large closet and storage space.
The toilet is fully equipped with shower, washing machine, towels and hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything a kitchen needs.
