Unit was lovely with a lift as well for luggage. Very conveniently located to many stores, bars and restaurants. Extremely accessible to the port where we need to go. Website says under 10 minutes I think it could have been 5 minutes.

Great apartment with a view of the port. We walked everywhere - once we parked, we didn't use the car until it was time to leave. Our host, Alex, was responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend this property!

Alex’s apartment was so spacious, cool and clean. With beautiful balconies off every room, and a view of the fortress and port. Very central- we could walk everywhere. Thank you so much for our stay, we loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! It was central too many restaurants as well as the port. The hosts were responsive every time we had a question. It was easy to find and has a nice view from the balcony.

Spacious and clean apartment well situated by the port. Within easy walking distance to tourist street with lots of restaurants and shops. Alex was an excellent host, very helpful and easy to get hold of with any questions. Alex helped us to book a taxi on our last day. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended.

The location was perfect for exploring the city center of Heraklion and conveniently located next to the port. Alex was very responsive and sent a colleague to let us in to the building when we arrived and also quickly responded to a small issue we had after arrival. The view of the Koules Fortress from the living area was an added bonus!

Great Location, But Needs Maintenance and Updates The best part of this apartment is definitely its location. Being right in the heart of Heraklion made it incredibly convenient to walk to the port, museums, Lions Square, and explore the entire city. The views of the harbor were also very nice.Unfortunately, our stay was let down by some maintenance issues. The shower in one bathroom had a mold problem, and the drain continuously backed up while we were using it. Additionally, the water pressure in the other bathroom sink was extremely low, making it difficult to use properly.We also found the kitchen lacking in basic amenities. There weren't enough coffee mugs or standard supplies provided for guests, which made it feel less welcoming and less functional than expected for a property of this size.While the location is excellent, the apartment needs a deep clean, plumbing attention, and some better kitchen stocking to really be worth the stay.

Our family had a very good time. Easy communication with Alexandos. We had one minor problem and he was very responsive and came right away to fix it. He was a great host and made our stay in Heriklion very easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful Spot

The location is very close to everything! We were able to walk comfortably all around town and to the fort. Alex was incredibly communicative and helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Close to Port

We were only able to spend one evening here, but the property met all our requirements. It was clean, quiet, and had plenty of hot water for our morning showers. It is very close to the port if you’re taking a morning ferry and close to local restaurants.
