Our accommodation is an 800-meter walk from the village centre. A charming medieval Provençal village that has retained all its authenticity and charm, with its very friendly Provençal market on Saturday mornings, offering local and artisanal products. Also in the village, you will find a "Carrefour Contact" supermarket, the post office, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher shop, two newsagents/tobacconists, and numerous restaurants. Several outdoor activities are available to you; Marked hiking trails, horseback riding, tennis, football, mountain biking, treetop adventure courses, and cave tours. Saint Cézaire sur Siagne is located 10 minutes from Grasse, 30 minutes from Cannes and its beaches, or even Fréjus (in the Var region), and 45 minutes from the first ski resort, Gréolières les Neiges. The house is situated in a quiet, private estate of seven independent villas, offering a beautiful view of the pre-Alps. You will access the property via a private entrance with its own parking. The accommodation is equipped with electric shutters, reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and all the modern comforts of a new villa built to today's standards. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with Television, DVD player, books, and board games. The entire villa is very bright, facing southeast. The fully equipped kitchen has a central island, a ceramic hob with extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. Also on the ground floor, you will find a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, a toilet, and a large storage cupboard with a washing machine (and clothes rack). An iron with its board. The living room is equipped with a convertible corner sofa. Upstairs is the sleeping area with its master bedroom under the eaves. On the mezzanine is a single bed (90x190 cm) with a wardrobe and storage, and a desk area with Wi-Fi access. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) with a large wardrobe. Bed linen, towels, and household linen will be provided. For babies: A travel cot with a mattress and a high chair will be available if needed. (Equipment provided for rent). The accommodation has a private garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a pergola, a dining area with a parasol, and the possibility of having a barbecue. To enjoy our beautiful sunny days, the garden is also equipped with two sun loungers and a hammock. To relax, you can enjoy some relaxing moments in the Jacuzzi. All of these amenities will allow you to have a very pleasant stay, for a couple with or without children. A small pet is accepted, as our garden is fully fenced. (Your pet remains under your full responsibility). We provide you with a manual containing instructions for all the household appliances in the accommodation.
