Lovely home in St. Cézaire-sur-Siagne

Spacious villa in a quiet location just 5 minutes from the medieval village of Saint-Cézaire. The comfortably furnished house has a tasteful living room and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms each with their own bathroom en suite and is ideal for family holidays or holidays with friends. A beautiful lawned garden surrounds the refreshing pool, which is open from 30 April, and there are several terraces for relaxing in the sun. You can also enjoy a shaded barbecue terrace for al fresco dining. A large chess set, a boules court and a secure children's play area provide even more variety.



If you enjoy hiking, there are some great walks that start from the charming village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, along forest tracks and steep paths. For example, you can walk along the Siagne Canal, stroll over the magnificent Pont des Gabres or Pont des Tuves or visit the Saint-Saturnin chapel. Visit with children

a goat farm or the climbing forest or visit the Saint-Cézaire cave.

Wir haben mit 3 Familien und Kindern in allen Altersgruppen unsere Ferien verbracht und uns wehr wohl gefühlt!Hervorzuheben ist, dass das Haus besonders gut für die große Personenzahl ausgestattet ist - auch die Auswahl an Möglichkeiten und Spielangebote, die zu nutzen waren war sehr gut! Viele Sitzgelegenheiten, romantische Ecken rund um den 90qm großen Pool herum können genutzt werden.Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein.Der Vermieter war für uns jederzeit vor, während und auch noch nach unserem Besuch für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten - wirklich eine großartige Dienstleistung!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette grande villa très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la maison dans son ensemble, les salles de bain dans chaque chambre, les différents espaces aménagés à l'extérieur et la très grande piscine, la douche extérieure, le pool house... Les enfants et adolescents qui étaient avec nous ont également pu bien profiter des équipements disponibles : trampoline, table de ping pong, vélos...Le cadre est aussi extrêmement agréable avec le charmant centre du village et les commerces accessibles à pieds juste à côté de la maison ou encore la rivière magnifique à 10 mn en voiture.Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très faciles, il a été réactif et attentif à ce que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Nous conseillons donc vivement cette villa aux belles prestations à laquelle nous n'avons trouvé que des points positifs !

Satisfait de la maison et de ses équipements pour 8 personnes..... chambres spacieuses et maison très agréable....Par contre problèmes de disjoncteurs, donc pas d'eau chaude 2 matins de suite......et Piscine non chauffée et non couverte, donc très froide.... dommage pour une location de se standing.....

excellent séjour à la maison des rêves

nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu séjourner à la "maison des rêves". piscine extra, tout à pieds - petits commerces et un carrefour market - maison très spacieuse donc adaptée à notre grande famille ( nous sommes 7). chacun avait son espace et c'est très appréciable. rien ne manque dans la cuisine très bien équipée. bref un excellent séjour avec un propiétaire très à l'écoute. il manque juste quelques rideaux occultants dans les chambres ( surtout celles des enfants ) pour pouvoir dormir au delà de 7h du matin.. 😊
