Incredible location, close to so many restaurants, cute shops, excellent scenery, and fantastic hiking trails. Cannot say enough about our hosts, they really have a fantastic rental that we will be coming back next year. Can't say enough about how comfortable and pleasurable our stay was. Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and had things you wouldn’t bring with you such as soap, a new kitchen scrub pad (an important detail to me), pots, plates , etc. Very close to downtown, shops, restaurants, and the state park. The neighborhood was very quiet and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cottonwood.

Fall Trip to Arizona

This property in Cottonwood was quiet, comfortable and provided us with a convient location to explore the Sedona area of Arizona. Hiking, biking, exploring the region and many other activities are available to travelers who stay here. We will stay here again if and when we return to this region for future visits. Wine festival

We came up for the wine festival and had a delightful time. Property was clean and cute. Bed was comfy, we didn’t cook at the property but loved the idea of spices and pans. TV was very slow running but we didn’t spend much time to watch TV so it wasn’t a big deal. Easy distance to down town

We really enjoyed your little house. It was very well appointed, with everything we needed. I was with my girlfriend from Washington state. I slept on one of the single beds, which was a little soft for me. I moved to the other and it was great. We were especially surprised that we could use Netflix. Your house was very clean, Thank you!
