The equipment of the apartment met our expectations. The only thing we missed was a dryer. Communication with the owner was very good and friendly. Check in and out with no hassle.
The accommodation had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Lovely views around the property. Parking free and fairly straight-forward to do, just need to do it for every day you are staying. Trainline runs directly behind the property which can be a bit noisy.
Property was great and owner was amaizing to deal with. Very quick to respond when we had a question

Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Great bedding and pillows. Good supply of dishes and well stocked with supplies like detergent. Spices. Oils. Etc.
Great location. Quiet. Included parking.
Loved the trains passing by. You have to love the train passing if you’re going to stay here.
Very convenient to let my dog out the back sliding doors into the yard.
Good location, plenty of parking. The views were amazing.

This is a great place to stay to explore the national parks. We had a great time.
Easy to get in and out of. Close to grocery stores and downtown for supper options.
Would highly recommend.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of the location. Would love to host you again!
Nice place to stay. Close walk to downtown & grocery stores. A little loud, as it is right next to the railroad tracks, but you kind of get used to it. Spent lots of time in the fenced backyard sitting in the sun.

Beautiful views and centrally located. The parking is very tight and only one vehicle is included. The bathroom was not well cleaned and the walls are very thin, you will hear everything going on inside and outside the building. Bring ear plugs!
We enjoyed everything about the place other than the proximity to the rail line…. there were multiple trains through out the night and air conditioning would have been a nice bonus as it did get a bit warm in there. The place was clean and tidy nicely decorated and close to the town are.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, decor, and location. I apologize for the noise from the nearby trains and the warmth inside. I appreciate your comments and will keep them in mind. It was a pleasure hosting you.
It was a very nice and clean and centrally located place, close to Calgary, Banff and Lake Louise. Our only complaint would be the noise of the train. We knew there was a train, but not how loud it would be and how often it came by.One suggestion would be to get new outdoor chairs. The chairs there were not very comfortable. Thanks!
Cozy, clean apartment was a fantastic base for exploring Canmore and Banff. We walked to everywhere in Canmore. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we'd need in the kitchen and even games. Check in and out process was easy and host was extremely responsive. The walls were very thin and we heard the upstairs tenants every night, and one night we came back late and there was no parking available, but overall it was a great experience and we would stay again.

No dryer, conditioner smells bad, really close to the train track, annoying during the late night and early morning.
Inside unit was excellent/clean and owner was very easy to speak with....a cloths dryer would be useful with the rain we had (only washing machine there). Outside entrance was dirty and not inviting. Lock on sliding door broken but security bar worked. Trains on tracks right behind unit travel almost every hour if your a light sleeper and views of mountains obstructed by fence and a new building going up. It served our purpose as we were there for a wedding and didn't spend much time actually in unit.
when coming to this property at Canmore, you feel at home right away. Property is clean and warm, lamp lights were already on when we checked in at 7PM, communication from host was very clear with door code and response was prompt when parking pass can not be located. You can tell the management team put a lot of thought to make guest warm hearted. Spices and utensils are pretty complete, first aid kits are at door and bathroom closets. There are also board games and cards that I am sure some families would enjoy. For people who are sensitive to sounds, I do have to point out rail track is right outside backyard, there are a dozen trains passing by each day. It did not bother my sleep though. Overall, very happy stay, highly recommend.

A nice vacation
Canmore is a beautiful location. Our communication with the property manager was very obscure. They have all our information, but we have none of theirs! Just emails, but not one where you could open a link. I would have greatly appreciated a phone number, a person to have a live chat with! With emails you can spend all evening and not get anything resolved! It's like the people in charge are always out of sight, dodging anything they want. I like to know who I'm dealing with, not some abstract identity. That's my biggest disappointment.

Thanks for your honest feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed beautiful Canmore. We’re sorry to hear the communication felt unclear — we do have a team available during daylight hours responding to emails in real time, similar to messaging, but we’ll review how we can make that even more clear and accessible for guests. We appreciate your input.
My adventures have brought me to hike the Juan De Fuca trail, hitchhike throughout Western Canada and Northern Europe, and climb two mountains in one day.
I love nature, travel, and adventure.
