In the magnificent seaside resort of Dinard, you will find the beautiful Écluse beach, ideal for swimming and enjoying good waffles, or the Prieuré beach, conducive to walking, facing St Malo. By choosing the house we offer for your holiday, you will be ideally located between these two superb swimming and relaxation spots. In the heart of the city centre, just steps from the market and local shops, you can do everything on foot or by bicycle.

Designed to accommodate 6 people, this beautiful stone house welcomes you on three levels. You access the house by passing on the side through a hidden courtyard, where there is a terrace with garden furniture, to enjoy meals in the sun.

On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful living-dining room with green and white walls, and lovely wooden furniture. A comfortable sofa and two nice armchairs invite you to sit around the coffee table for convivial aperitifs or board game sessions. A large oval table will allow you to gather around good meals, carefully prepared in the adjacent kitchen. Independent and fully equipped, you will find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. This level is completed by a water room with a small shower and a toilet under the stairs.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), and another with a wooden baby bed, a changing table, and a trundle bed, which can offer a single bed of 90 x 200 cm or a large bed of 180 x 200 cm. Hidden under the attic, a mezzanine with two single beds and a desk area will be the ideal cabin for children who like to dream closer to the stars, or for those who will need a teleworking space.

For more comfort, the house has a garden shed where you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as the barbecue. You can also store your bicycles there. A hairdryer is also provided in the bathroom.

Parking is on the public space, in the street in front of the house, which is free (except for the Veïl car park opposite the house, which is paid in July-August)
