Great location

Great property location, a short walk from the beach. Property just right for a small family. Very good boulangerie nearby for all your breakfast needs! Owner was very responsive during process.

Wonderful spot near the beach and walkable to the best boulangeries, markets & shops. Very busy & noisy though with people outside the windows & yard all day, noise from the bar at night & street sweeping & trash trucks every morning. The house is charming but, damp downstairs so it smells & we couldn’t use that bedroom. But, we loved the bedroom with balcony and the outdoor area with umbrella. Dinard is the best!

La maison est au coeur d'une station balnéaire ce qui entraine forcément un peu de bruit en haute saison. Pour une recherche de calme absolu, peut être privilégier une location à la campagne, mais, la mer sera plus loin...

Tolles Ferienhaus, es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, so das man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Der Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt und mit einer schönen Holzterrasse ausgestattet.Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend.Das beste ist aber die Lage des Hauses, man geht durch den kleinen Park und ist am Strand. Zur anderen Seite hat man das komplette Gastronomische Angebot sowie Bäcker und Schlachter in 2 min zu Fuß erreicht.Wir haben 14 Tage im Haus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit, in der wir auch die schöne Umgebung erkundet haben.

erholsamer Urlaub in Dinard

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus und in Dinard sehr genossen. Im Haus haben wir alles gefunden was wir benötigt haben, die Beschreibung gibt ein sehr gutes Bild vom Haus. Die Nähe zum Strand, 2 Minuten Fußweg, hat uns zum regelmäßigen Picknick bei Sonnenuntergang veranlasst. Bäcker und Restaurants befinden sich auch in der direkten Umgebung. Wir haben auch immer einen Parkplatz in der Straße vor dem Haus gefunden. Unsere Vorstellungen wurden erfüllt und wir können das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Merveilleuse petite maison

Nous avons passé 1 semaine superbe dans cette merveilleuse petite maison typique de la jolie côte d’émeraude . L’emplacement est juste exceptionnel tant pour la grande plage à quelques pas , que pour le petit centre où les commerçants sont présents , avec un excellent restaurant poissonnier….une excellente crêperie, un excellent boucher-charcutier , d’excellentes boulangerie-pâtisserie . Tout y était et je recommande vivement cette jolie location .

Kleine Villa in bester Lage

Sehr schönes Haus in Viertel mit Gründerzeitvillen. Strand und kleines Zentrum mit Restaurants, Bäcker, Laden nur wenige Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Haus gut ausgestattet, um selbst zu kochen und es sich gemütlich zu machen. Eigener abgeschlossener Garten mit großer Holzterrasse. Sauberkeit und Übergabe einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bonjour Evelyne. Je suis navrée que vous ayez été déçue par la maison. Quelques petites précisions. J'ai bien stipulé " petite" maison dans l'annonce et ai renseigné la superficie. Pas de surprise donc sur ce point... la literie de la chambre parentale est neuve... les matelas de la chambre enfants sont adaptés à des enfants, cf l'annonce. Je vous accorde que la cuisine accuse son âge, nous avons prévu de la refaire en janvier. Notez néanmoins que vous disposez de tout l'électroménager (dont lave vaisselle) et de la vaisselle nécessaire à une famille. Pour finir, la maison est dans un parc ( cf l'annonce) et pas sur le haut d'une colline ensoleillée...Afin de vous éviter d'autres désillusions à l'avenir, je vous engage à bien lire les annonces et à poser des questions avant de valider vos réservations. Maison idéalement placée à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces, très calme. Cuisine et salle de bain ont besoin d’un lifting mais on m’a dit que c’est prévu. Problème tout de même de stationnement, circuler plutôt à vélo
