Apartment refurbished and air-conditioned, crossing, in a closed and secure residence with swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground and private access to the beach 400 metres away. Apartment with a surface area of 31 m² with its 8m² south-facing terrace including a living room with fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, washing machine-dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, electric plancha, a cabin bedroom (2 pull-out beds), 1 new very comfortable sofa a bathroom with bath and shower; a separate toilet.
The residence is equipped with a large swimming pool, a tennis court and a secure room where there is the possibility of storing windsurfers and bicycles. Provide a lock for bicycles
Access to the beach is from the residence via an underground tunnel of maximum 400m.
Cleaning is included in the price.

Éviter d'emmener vos vélos les routes ne sont pas adaptées autour du site que ce soit a Bandol comme Sanary de plus l'étroitesse des routes vous met en danger. Donc rando a pieds ou excursion en voitures sur ce secteur.
