South facing, terrace, 10m swimming pool, pétanque court, hammock, sun loungers, air conditioning in the living/dining room and in the bedrooms, carport, fenced land surrounded by olive fields, electric gate, in the countryside in a privileged area, beautiful view of the Alpilles, calm environment, picturesque "cabanon" to take pretty photos. This villa has 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 double bed, as well as a 3rd bedroom with a 90x200 single bed. 2 adult bicycles and a children's bicycle 10-13 years old are available.
