Property is simple but super clean and includes must-have amenities such as free WiFi. Wonderful to find such a place that also accepts pets (I had a cat and a dog with me). Great location close to Old Town.

This property has everything for a great vacation. We especially liked the possibility to bring our dog along.
Also, the mattress is great (not too soft), so wonderful for our backs!
It was evident that the owners cared about the wellbeing of their guests.
Erin was remarkably attentive to our needs ,she responded immediately to a problem and was kind and empathetic to our situation. The property was quiet and felt safe and the walking paths were remarkable. We needed a safe haven while doing medical treatments and I couldnt be more pleased.
The apartment was clean and functional. The couch was scheduled to be replaced, unfortunately, not until after our stay. A little more furniture (easy chairs or a bench in the bedroom) would be nice. Quiet neighborhood, good locally owned restaurants (central ave cafe was our fav)
This place was in excellent location to Old Town, & I 40. Peaceful and quiet. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and clean. Very spacious. Hot water was fantastic as well as water pressure. Picture shows wood flooring but we had carpet. I would have preferred wood as we had pets but it was pretty new. Enclosed back area was good for our dogs. There looked to be about 10 units. Our unit did not have table and chairs in the outside back yard but other units did. There is no desk, or coffee table and the bedroom only had 1 nightstand and no dresser except a plastic storage bend. We stayed 6 nights and a better dresser would have been nice. Also we had to work during our stay and there is no desk or table. Just a bar area with chairs that were too short and no lighting over the bar. The couch left much to be desired. Need a better one but for the most part everything was great. The communication from Erin was prompt and accommodating.
Overall, this is a cute property and it got the job done. It was nice and quiet, yet close to local businesses. As others have mentioned, the shower pressure was too much. Some suggestions for future guests: reduce the shower water pressure, provide something to rest suite cases and provide recycle bins (if the service exists in that area).
Wonderful property and location. It states that it is 900 feet but it seems a lot closer to 640. The electricity went out twice during our stay and the owner was very communitive about the issue.
The bed was so comfortable but the sofa is older and sank in when sitting on it. Otherwise, clean, well stocked and amazing.
I would recommend it but probably won't stay again since we decided to move here!

I loved that it was close to Old Town. The property was clean and safe. Could have used a table in the bedroom to put clothes, also had issues with the wi-fi. Overall I would recommend this property.
Check in went very smoothly. Place was as described and looked nice. The only issue we encountered was the shower. The shower head had too much pressure which felt like being in a tornado. The pressure from the shower created a vortex that kept pulling the shower curtain away from the tub itself. No way to adjust water pressure. Would recommend changing shower head. The only other recommendation is outdoor lighting for parking area to be improved or working. Other than that the place was well kept and clean and the treats/coffee pods were appreciated. Would definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I was having floors replaced and this was a stop gap so I wouldn't be in the way of the workers. And the fact that both bedrooms in. my home had furniture storage made it necessary to stay somewhere else.
The property was very clean and comfortable. I have relayed an issue to the responsible people regarding the bathroom shower. They stated they will look into this matter.
Very clean place. Had everything we needed for a short stay, with some nice touches (keurig coffee pods, microwave popcorn, snacks). Close to Bosque trail for walking/bike riding. Quiet at night. Would stay there again.
