About the host
Your host
My husband and I have been into historic preservation for over 40 years. We were both raised in Albuquerque and have worked on numerous projects and our home was featured on Restore America. We love to travel (especially since our daughter lives in London!) and we almost always stay in short term rentals.
Why they chose this property
San Pasquale is located in the old Albuquerque area. We loved the character of the houses (it shares the lot with another building) and they hadn't been occupied since the 1970s. It is such a pleasure to have visitors be able to stay in a place that was the norm of residential architecture of the past.
What makes this property unique
The house literally has one foot in Old Town and one foot on one of the major corridors of more modern Albuquerque. There are great restaurants, shops and museums all within walking distance.
