Welcome to Copperstone Resort nestled in the quiet hamlet of Deadmans flats just outside .of Canmore. With 1249 square feet, our two story 3 bedroom condo is the perfect place to spread out and unwind with friends and family and enjoy the natural beauty of the Canadian Rockies. Explore the surrounding area by car including Banff, and Lake Louise. Our beautiful condo features a full kitchen, patio, Wi-Fi, 3TVs, fireplace, in-suite laundry, and two full bathrooms.
On the property you can enjoy a common BBQ area with shared outdoor hot tub, pool table, fitness room, ski tuning table in the heated garage and numerous hiking trails behind the resort.
Inside the condo enjoy these spaces:
**BEDROOMS** This condo features two large bedrooms upstairs each with a comfortable king-sized bed and beautiful mountain view. Downstairs there is a third bedroom with a double bed that has a twin size trundle bed that can be pulled out. Bedroom 1: King bed, mountain view, smart TV with cable Bedroom 2: King bed, mountain view, cable TV Bedroom 3: Double bed with twin trundle that can be pulled out (no view) Living room: Sofa bed.
**BATHROOMS** There are two bathrooms upstairs both with a bathtub/shower combo. Soap, towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
**LIVINGROOM AND KITCHEN** The kitchen is open concept modern style, and well stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meals. An island with bar-style seating for 3 and a dining table with seating for 8. The living room has an oversized sofa which can seat 4 people and two arm chairs. There is also a desk if you need to do some work while you are visiting.
**PARKING** One free parking pass is provided. All parking is first come first serve. Guests can park in the heated underground garage or down the street in outdoor surface parking. Additional parking can be purchased for $16.10/day.
**OUTSIDE SPACE** Enjoy the morning sunrise or afternoon drinks on your private patio looking up at the mountains.
**BABY ITEMS** A highchair and pack and play are available for small children.
A car is required to get around the area. Deadman’s flats is a tiny community in the forest. Copperstone Resort has free first come first serve heated underground parking and overflow surface parking.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Its comfortable and had everything we needed. Had space for 3 adults and 4 children ranging in ages 2 yrs to 9 yrs and didnt feel crowded. Easy to find and good location.

Beautiful place for our extended family to enjoy the Canmore area. The condo is set up well for a larger group and the owner was a great communicator from the outset. We enjoyed our time here thoroughly. The easily accessible paths down to the Bow River were a lovely bonus. Highly recommended!
We had a great stay! The location in the mountains was perfect, and the unit itself was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. They really thought of everything. It made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time. We loved showing off our beautiful Canada to our cousin visiting from Scotland. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and two kids had a 10/10 stay! First and foremost, the host was great! They were quick to respond and very organized and detailed when it came to any questions we had about our stay. I wish more host were as thoughtful as Susan. The property was very clean and well stocked with amenities we were not lacking anything. The heated garage was a bonus with plenty of parking. As far as the condo goes the mountain view from the living room and bedrooms were amazing! Coming from a city with no mountains it was quite the treat to have wonderful view of the mountain through the large living room windows while we enjoyed breakfast at the dining room table. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were on the large side and the shower pressure was good. The resort as a whole was very quiet and I would say family friendly. We chose to stay in Dead Man's Flats because we wanted to be close to Banff but not in Banff. The great thing about this location is that its only about 9 minutes away from Canmore which has a full size grocery store (Safeway) for any incidentals/snacks you might need. There is also a large department store (Canadian Tire) in Canmore right next to the Safeway which can come in handy if you need to buy some winter gear and don't want to blow your budget. Canmore also has a ton of restaurants and shops. We split our time between Banff and Canmore and Lake Louise. We look forward to visiting again and will definitely pick this property again.
Great place to stay, were there over the holidays. Condo had a nice tree decorated which made it feel like home and Christmas. Condo has everything you need, had 4 adults and 1 child under 6yrs old. Definitely book again

The property was very clean and put together. We loved the coziness of the place and the balcony was a great bonus to the place. Susan was extremely helpful and gave clear instructions. Would recommend this place!
Not much for grocery essentials without a drive, but the vrbo itself was beautiful! Everything you need to cook and be on vacation. The games room was one reason we chose to book this location besides price. So many opportunities for exploring and waking up to mountain view was definitely a great way to start your morning
Our group of four adults enjoyed our stay in this upscale, well-equipped, comfortable, and elegant property. The view is also gorgeous. The host and the front office were very helpful in providing additional information when needed. I recommend it highly.
Our group of 7 really enjoyed this condo unit. Spacious layout and well stocked kitchen. Rooms were immaculately cleaned. Enjoyed the hot-tub, underground parking, and great location. Appreciated how accommodating Susan was and how quick she was in replying to any questions we had.

Good affordable rental close to Banff. Clean property and responsive host
Stayed with 8 friends and family. Property is close to interstate so didn't take us long to travel from Banff to here. Apartment was well furnished and equipped.
Car parking and wifi was something we had to reach out to property owner for but she was responded immediately.
Only feedback for property wish it had a powder room or full bathroom on main level as well.
Overall really good stay and would recommend this property.
We were grateful to have such a wonderful condo to stay in since our time at Banff was rainy. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. It is new and well taken care of. The only negative that we saw is that it is about a 25 minute drive to downtown Banff and about 1 hour to some of the popular lakes/hikes. We wished it was within Banff or closer to the hikes. But, honestly we didn't spend much time getting to know the city it was in. But, would give it 5 stars for comfort and cleanliness.
Incredibly smooth check in with detailed instructions sent a few days in advance and host was available for any questions and provided answers quickly when asked. Modern unit that is stocked with all the cooking equipment and dishes, along with the some basic spices. You will need to bring your own perishable condiments. Beds were very comfortable with TVs in the two upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t need them but laundry facilities are provided for a longer stay. Especially appreciated the end cap location of the unit which made for easy access incoming and out going check in/out and is immediately next to some of the limited free parking if you have a second vehicle. Susan was an excellent host and wonderful to deal with.

I live in Calgary Alberta. We are up in the Bow Valley a lot during the winter for ski racing. When we are not using the condo we like to share it with those visiting the area.
Why they chose this property
This is my second home. I spent money on furnishings to make it feel like home and not a cheap rental. The property is in a great location within the resort with mountain views and it's the biggest floorplan in the resort.
What makes this property unique
It's surrounded by forest which gives you that mountain vibe yet close to the town of Canmore. It is ideally located for skiing with Nakiska, Sunshine, Lake Louise and Norquay all under an hour a way which is why we bought here.
