Our house comfortably sleeps 8 with 3 queen size beds 2 full size futon couches.
- The home occupancy permits 8 people.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.2.

The whole house, and backyard are yours to use.

We live about 45 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

We attended a regional soccer tournament at Simplot, this house was the PERFECT location to the fields. We were able to walk to the fields in 10 minutes. It was great to relax in the hot tub after games.

We were staying in Boise for my daughter’s swim meet and enjoyed this quiet neighborhood. Nice property with a great back yard. Kitchen was a little light on a few things….we were cooking breakfast and was unable to find any mixing type bowls. Hosts were very friendly and communicated with us on a timely manner.

Beautiful and clean with everything we needed

It was a great house, clean and well stocked in the kitchen with plenty of extra blankets and toiletries. The host was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet and clean.

Great Location - Perfect property for family

Great property outside of downtown but still close enough to everything! We had lots of family in town and needed a place to gather for our son's graduation. The backyard was great, house was perfect, pool table in the garage was a plus. And the responsiveness of the hosts were great. Any issue was immediately resolved. Would definitely stay here agai!

Great house

Nice spot, clean house, would definitely stay again. Only negative feedback is that the back yard fence is falling apart in places and neighbor dog lets himself in to run around - also if you have a pet they can get into others yard or escape. Easily fixed though. Otherwise; great stay!

Has a funny musty smell, garbage, cloudy hot tub

The is house had a musty pet smell. The carpet is old and torn in places. When we arrived the house had garbage full in cans on the street, missed garage day. There was a full can on the side of the house too. We found hair in the bed. The hot tub was cloudy and dirt on the floor of tub. We messaged the host and got a quick reply with excuses and a promise to send someone out the following day. Ultimately we had to get a hotel room as the smell and lack of care made the house unacceptable.

Hi Suzan, we appreciate the the feedback on our property. We arrived the day after you mentioned these issue to try and fix them for you, and we could not find anything other than the trash not being taken out (which I took most of it away myself then). The tub was clean, there was no musty smell, and the carpet is still in good condition. Just in case my nose wasn't working though, we did another deep clean of the carpets to make sure and get rid of any possible lingering smells in the home. For anyone looking to stay in the future, just know that we do take good care of our home and try to provide the best place we can for our guests. If something is off though when you arrive, always feel free to let us know and we will do our best to fix it.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, and there were extra linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. The big backyard was great for our 10-month old puppy.The living room and kitchens seating was perfect for the 6 of us! The hot tub was lovely - we had to reduce it to about 101* from 105*.We will be back!
