The place was immaculate and the location was ideal for my needs. It is an easy stroll to the Greenbelt and Whitewater Park and close to downtown. The process of checking in and out was very smooth and my stay was very enjoyable.

Fantastic spot. Great location to downtown without being worried about being “too close”. Roof top patio was perfect for night cap and card games. Greenbelt has easy access and street parking wasn’t a big deal at all. The nearby shops close at night so there was always parking.

It was a great location. We were visiting the weekend of the hot air balloon festival and we could see the balloons from the rooftop! It was a great way to enjoy our morning coffee. We did have some minor issues after checking in but was able to get in contact with Billie and it was fixed promptly.

I loved the layout of this condo and the location. We loved having an organic coffee place right downstairs. My husband would go down each morning and grab us a cup of coffee while I made breakfast. It was so nice and the coffee was really good. We also loved the kitchen with everything you needed to cook a healthy meal. The beds were very comfy, the high chair was great for our toddler, as well as the pack and play. Check out instructions were conveniently on a fridge magnet too, which made things very easy. The list was very modest and easy to finish, even with a toddler. You do have to park on the street, but it was a quiet street and it was not difficult to find a parking spot. Overall, We would love to stay here again. Thank you Billie!!
