Centrally located in Waikiki. Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is 2 blocks away. Waikiki beach is a 8 min walk. Bus stop is located directly in front of condo making getting around very easy.
The space
Rare corner unit facing SE with ample natural sunlight throughout the day. Two adjustable desks with office chairs to do remote work privately. Fast wifi (200+ Mbps) and premium cable are included. Private washer and dryer inside the unit. Easy sleeper sofa with memory foam queen mattress.
Well managed building that includes 24-hour security, one assigned parking stall, swimming pool, jacuzzi , sauna, recreation deck with refrigerator to keep food and drinks cold while enjoying the common spaces and BBQ area.
Guest access
Complimentary assigned parking inside the building's gated garage. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sun bathing deck, 3 BBQ stations, and large recreation deck with tables and chairs to host potlucks or socials.
