Welcome to Sea Breeze Oasis, this spacious 3 bedroom/loft home that can sleep 8, is just 300 feet from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful 2 story home is the perfect getaway for large families or a family reunion. This home features multiple balconies to sit out on and enjoy the beautiful gulf breezes and amazing Florida sunsets.

The main level features an inviting kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, a large side by side refrigerator for all your groceries. Let the chef in your house create their masterpiece and serve it at the beautiful dining room table that can seat 8 people. After dinner, you can relax in the living room were you will find two leather couches and two recliners to get comfy on while watching a movie on the 50" wall mounted flat screen tv or playing a board game or a game of cards. Just off the living and dining room is beautiful sun room, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening night cap. You will also find on the main level, 2 bedrooms, each feature queen size beds, in between the 2 bedrooms is a full size bathroom that features a double-sink vanity and a tub/shower, also on this floor is the laundry room for your convenience.
The upper level of the house features the master bedroom/bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen tv and a private balcony with seating for two and amazing views. Just off the bedroom is the master bathroom, this features a walk in shower, a garden tub, and a double-sink vanity with seating. Just across the hall is the loft that overlooks the entire dining and living room, it features a queen size bed, and has a private balcony as well, it overlooks the beautiful pool and Estero Bay. The main focal point of this rental is the gorgeous well maintained private screened in pool. The spacious patio offers lounge chairs, and seating for all to enjoy. The main deck right out the front door features a patio table and chairs to enjoy meals out on and is fully screened in, also on the deck is a 2 person sitting area that overlooks the pool where you can watch the kids play while enjoying your favorite cocktail, so pack your bags and come stay at Sea Breeze Oasis for your next vacation.

Location was amazing. The house is accurate to its description. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, wagon, umbrella and towels. The pool even had floats for us. The porch’s and decks were so nice to sit on throughout the day. Lisa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. We will definitely be back!

Definitely the proximity to the beach was awesome. The location was near many restaurants we frequent. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed porch watching the sunset. My 4 yr old grandson really enjoyed the pool and the ocean. Space was plentiful with 4 beds. Having a washer/dryer was a plus.

Sea Breeze Oasis

Very nice house, pool and location (within short walk to public beach house). A problem with electric compamy’s transformer came up and Lisa and her husband were all over it and got the utility company out quickly to resolve issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Sea Breeze Oasis....Paradise in Florida

The Sea Breeze Oasis house was clean, furnished well, and about a 3 minutes walk to the beach. Lisa the manager of the property was excellent to deal with, both as we booked the house, and after we arrived and if anything was needed. I took the family and grand kids 8, 6, and 3, and they had a ball on the beach and in the back yard pool. Was great to get out of the snow in Ohio. Looking forward to going back next March.

Great family vaca

We had so much fun. This house was perfect for my family and I. It was exactly what we wanted. The pool and beach walk was perfect. We even got to see craps at night walking around the beach. I recommend this place to just go be with family and everyone looking for just family time.

Great place and great location

The house was very nice…no complaints and met all of our expectations !! We had young and old and had plenty of room. The pool was a plus, especially after a hot day at the beach. The walk to the beach took no time at all and was beautiful! Lisa was on top of it…she did an awesome job. I’m sure we’ll be back! (Thanks Lisa!)

Great property, management was very responsive

Half of our group arrived earlier than the other half. Management was very helpful and agreeable to letting us check in a couple hours early. The house was in good shape, very accurate description on Verbo. One thing that I may have overlooked is that the lower level has a separate entrance than the other two levels, so you have to go outside to get there. But having the extra refrigerator and pool table was nice to have off at the pool. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived, so there was some communication on repair. Great neighborhood, easy walk to the beach. Management also provided us with a beach wagon and chairs. One other thing to note, it wasn’t that big of an obstacle for our group as we were out a lot during the day, and we have teenagers, if I had smaller children the noise of local construction would have been an issue. Over all, this accommodated our group very well, and it was great to have management so responsive and helpful!

We had a very positive experience! The owner was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for us- steps to the beach! There was more road noise than we expected but it was also a very busy holiday weekend.

Beautiful Florida vacation

This house was perfect size for our family.The location was so close to the ocean.The house is older and needs updating and some things replaced.However for the money it allowed us to stay in a great area for less. Lisa was outstanding helped us in every way
