Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please start laundering sheets and towels, 2 loads is necessary.

Put any dowels in sliding doors to lock properly.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wow, what a great value. Clean, nice pool, canal access with the kayaks, so cool. We saw manatees a couple different times. The bikes work and a fun. Five minutes to barefoot beach is super nice. Parking is a challenge so get there early- ish. Lots of restaurants and downtown Bonita was sweet. Really liked this place.

Love the area due to proximity to the ocean, downtown Bonita Springs and having a pool and Canal in the back yard.

What makes this property unique

We have seen Manatees several times while kayaking out to the Imperial river. Proximity to the beach is also super.
