Come to the Keys and enjoy this spectacular piece of property, an amazing vacation spot in the heart of Islamorada! Fully stocked 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has everything you need.
Large heated pool, infrared sauna, bathhouses, and you can fish the flats from your 440ft lighted fishing pier.
Clubhouse, ping pong, TV, gym, BBQ grill, kayaks, bicycles.
Within walking distance to Founders Park which has ball fields, 2 heated pools, driving range, walking trails, beach, deep water marina.
NO PETS ALLOWED
No parties and, only authorized guests allow to stay in condo
IF YOU ARE A SMOKER: Please note that you can only smoke out on the dock.
NOTE: This property is not on a beach, but near a beach at Founders State Park. It is, however, on the water, oceanside.
