About this property

This charming and elegant holiday home is located directly by the sea in the small village of Prigradica and is the right choice for your dream holiday. It is surrounded by beautiful glass railings, which allow an unobstructed view of the sea from every terrace. The comfortable living area with kitchen and direct access to the terrace as well as a bedroom with bathroom are located on the ground floor, while three further bedrooms with bathrooms and a living room with a terrace are on the upper floor. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, the island of Hvar and the Peljeac peninsula from the terrace on the upper floor. A few steps below the house there is a rocky beach and about 100 metres away there is a pebble beach and a small café where you can drink the local wine Plavac.

We visited Korčula for the second time this year, but for the first time we were with family and friends in this wonderful house. The location of the house in the first row right on the beautiful beach was perfect for many different reasons and with a breathtaking view of the beautiful sea, there was no fault in staying in this house, except that we had to go back home after a fortnight. The owner is very helpful and nice and we want to return to this beautiful place and this perfect movie as soon as possible. Jana with family and friends ♥️
