Oceanfront with covered patio & private hot tub. Short walk to town shops restaurants and the beach. King master also overlooks the oceanfront. Whispering Waves is right in the heart of downtown, great walkability everywhere. Condos have a pool and workout facility! Enjoy meals in this fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances / gas range. Granite Kitchen & Bath Counters. Rock Fireplace in living room. 1 Short block to easy beach access! 3 Plasma TVs (42 inches, 37 inches and 26 inches), 3 DVDs, Washer/Dryer. Enjoy new sofa! Max 4 guests including visitors. We are working extra hard to sanitize every surface and provide con-tactless check in.

Please avoid single night gaps July & August. Please do not book beyond 1 year out from todays date. Those rates are not posted

We had a wonderful time! The rental was clean with updated appliances. Like other reviews mentioned, the back door is a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it’s no bother. The king bed was super comfy and the hot tub was an absolute dream!

Lovely view from a cliff above the ocean. Short walk to the endless Lincoln City beach. The hot tub was very clean and great for relaxing in on a chilly and damp Oregon Coast day.

Great ocean views. The waves did whisper all night. The carpet really needed cleaning. Plenty of linens. Only three teaspoons. Very responsive. Pool was really nice. Nice having a washer snd dryer in the unit.

The views were beautiful and the back porch felt very private. The condo was comfortable. We chose this place because it was wheelchair accessible. If you’re doing the same, just an FYI there are no grab bars in the bathrooms. There is one handicap parking spot right outside the door and very close street parking.

The property was exactly as advertised. The pictures are accurate and the hot tub was wonderful. I absolutely loved the view. The host was extremely responsive and it was great to have the on-site management during the stay. The location makes it an easy walk to the downtown tourist area and a very easy walk to the beach.

The unit is very clean and is exactly what is pictured. The hot tub was a nice amenity to be able to enjoy. The only downside is that there isn't any direct beach access. There's access on either side of block, and the building is in the middle of the block. For people with mobility issues, this isn't a great option for easy beach access.

Beach access is about 1/2 block from the condo which you can also drive down. The condo itself is easy access on the lower level. Hope you can come again.

Amazing value for the price. Location was perfect and the beach views were nothing short of amazing. Easy access to costal driving from here for exploring the region. Beds were comfortable and slept like a baby each night. Highly recommended!

Everything was very nice! We’ve stayed at this condo place before, just on another floor. Host was nice and easy to contact if need be. Luckily there were no issues with the stay! Lovely area and view. Would stay again. If I had to make one change it would be more comfortable pillows on one of the beds.

10/10 views and was peaceful. Short walk to beach access . Great place to stay at for the value. I would suggest to use a1 beach rental so its cheaper also. (VRBO charges 86) Basic amenties for the kitchen not glamourous but got by with the pots and pans that where there. Cleanliness was good some areas need some touch ups. Only a few downfalls The chlorine in the hot tub was overpowering it made my eyes burn. And the room we had could use a new bed .

We loved our stay at this property! The views out the windows and from the porch were fantastic. Being able to sit in a covered hot tub and watch the waves crash was excellent. The weather cooperated, but we had the reassurance of knowing the hot tub was under cover. Access to the beach was a short walk away, as well. Very comfortable and enjoyable time!

Home was comfortable, lovely, and had great views. Cleaners were still there upon our arrival over an hour past check-in time. Hot tub lost heat on our last night which was a bummer.

Enjoyed our stay and was a great view of the ocean and waves. We did have issues with the patio door which we had seen in other reviews. The maintenance guy had to come show us how it worked. Also couldn’t get the smaller tv to work but saw it only worked for DVDs which there were none of, so if you or kids that you bring want ch TV bring some DVDs. Enjoyed the time we had there.
