This beautifully elevated vantage point features a western deck with an ocean-view hot tub, giving you a panoramic, birds-eye view of the sea. Enjoy watching the surf, seabirds, and whales from the great room’s leather sofas, or cozy up to the gas fireplace for a relaxing movie night.

Enjoy meals from the compact but fully equipped kitchen at the granite breakfast bar or the ocean-view dining table. Two king suites, each with its own large flat-screen TV and bath with walk-in shower, give you one of two delightful options: a private eastern sunning deck for morning coffee or large windows that let you see the ocean from your bed.

The deck and view are amazing. The hot tub was clean. The deck needs a little work… rough, splinters, hand rail on stairs broken in one spot. The booking fee was ridiculous-very high.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Lincoln City home. The location was perfect—nestled on a cliff overlooking the ocean, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special.The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. The peaceful setting, combined with the incredible ocean views, made for a memorable getaway.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal retreat.

The house is in good repair compared to some of the coastal residences we've stayed at ... hot tub is hot! Comfy beds, functional appliances and quality kitchen. Of course, the view is the million-dollar prize! Thanks for keeping the windows clean so we could enjoy it. We also really loved the cozy fireplace.

This listing does not accurately reflect the home quality. If you want an amazing view, don’t expect the hot tub to be functional, want to eat out most meals and know there will be many things about the home that are sub par, then this will be a good rental for you. Here are some of the issues (that if you look at past reviews you will see they have not been addressed in years even though the host company says they will address them):*limited electricity use (easily blown fuses and need for updated wiring perhaps)*no hot water first day*hot tub not usable - ours was because it included debris and low water level that we told the host about on day 1 and then 2 other times, and while they responded and said hot tub maintenance would be coming, they didn’t show up.*windows not super functional- hard to open/close*house structure/foundation severely slanted away from ocean side of house*set of stairs directly to front door uneven and a safety issue; other side steps are better*pans unusable (crud/grease built up on them)*outdoor items broken/need of repairAgain, if you have low expectations for the house and high expectations for the view, you will be pleased. We saw whales and dolphins from the deck.

Thank you for mentioning the ocean views and the whale and dolphin sightings; I'm so glad those were highlights of your stay. I appreciate the detailed feedback and want you to know we’re taking these concerns seriously. We replaced a GFCI outlet, hoping that would resolve the hot water/electrical issues. When it did not, we arranged for an electrician to visit the home this month and they resolved all electrical issues. We completed a full safety inspection of the stairs, including measuring each step, testing the hand rails, putting weight on each step, and it did pass each of our safety tests. Our hot tub team completed a full drain, fill, and sanitization of the hot tub to ensure it's in tip top shape. Our housekeeping team is doing to complete a deep clean of the kitchen and replace any cookware that is not in usable condition. Thank you again for the candid review; your observations help us prioritize improvements.

Lovely little place, quiet and charming. Amenities were well stocked. Only little issue was the bathroom vent/ light didn't work consistently. Other than that, warm, cozy and clean.

Charming place with a spectacular view!!

We were lucky enough to get decent weather for a winter weekend so we were able to appreciate the panoramic view! Best view is from the hot tub watching the glorious sunset.

The SUNSET!!

What a calm and beautiful place to relax and spend time with loved ones. The hot tub was perfect especially during sunset! We woke up early and had coffee in the deck watching the surfers. And if you turn the hot tub light off at night the stars are remarkable. We will definitely be back.

Awesome views

This property has a beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean. We were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins from the patio. The driveway and steps up to the home are pretty steep but we had no issues. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. Lincoln City is a cool little town and I’m glad we chose this spot to stay for our weekend trip!

Much needed vacation

World get away with friends. Perfect place for 2 couples. Had a great time. House has a lot of steps up to the house and don’t recommend this house to anyone with walking issues.
