Charming Villa

Located 5 minutes from the ravine des cabris, I offer you this recent villa that can accommodate 7 people with swimming pool, it has a beautiful outdoor terrace. All rooms overlook the swimming pool (salt), ideal for enjoying a quiet stay. There is no air conditioner, it has been designed to have good ventilation. However, you will find fans for each room at your disposal. It also has an open kitchen, a terrace with a dining table, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a double bedroom with fan, and finally a last bedroom. It also contains two toilets. It is a functional accommodation, fully equipped. This house is equipped with an internet connection and 2 parking spaces. Cleaning is included in the price. Parties are not allowed. The house is close to all amenities and a bus stop is nearby. We are 20 minutes from the beaches, the city centre and the market of St Pierre, 1 hour from the volcano, 3 minutes from the city centre of the ravine des cabris, and 5 minutes from the supermarket. La 4 voies est accessible rapidement.

Magnifiques vacances
