FeWo Stammheimer Landhäusle

Enjoy your relaxing holiday in the more than 200 year old holiday home "Stammheimer Landhäusle". Very nice bright quiet about 60 square meter house for 2 to 4 people with bathroom and terrace, in the beautiful Stammheim. The house was built around 1800, with very low ceilings and the charm of yesteryear.
The apartment is therefore unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users or very tall people, but dogs are welcome!

There are two single beds available, which can be converted into a seamless double bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers sleeping space for 2 more people.
The room has a small kitchenette with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A cozy sofa corner with plasma TV invites you to relax.

Washer and dryer for a fee.

Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table in the living room, kitchen or on the terrace when the weather is nice. A small grill is also available here.
There is a shower in the bathroom. A hair dryer and towels are of course available.
Bed linen is also included in the rental price.

The Main Cycle Path and the endless vineyards are on the doorstep!

Der Aufenthalt in dem schnuckeligen Landhäusle hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sehr gut beschrieben. Es ist eine gelungene Kombination aus Erhalt der alten Bausubstanz (gebogener Deckenbalken im Wohnzimmer) und neuester Technik (Bad und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche).Auf den beiden Einzelbetten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. (Die Ausziehcouch hatten wir nicht in Benutzung.)Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Gerne werden wir wieder bei Vera Castro zu Gast sein!

Der Aufenthalt in Stammheim war sehr schön, die FeWo von innen sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet, nur die Terrasse war wegen Malerarbeiten nicht benutzbar.

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn wir vorher gewusst hätten, dass Glasfaserkabel in der Straße verlegt wurde und die Stasse nicht befahrbar war. Natürlich waren die Strassenbauarbeiten auch nicht sonderlich für die Ruhe. Uwe Sommer

Super Ausgangpunkt für Radtouren. Ruhig gelegen.

Gegend und Möglichkeiten sehr genossen; leider war es speziell in der Küche und dem Badezimmer schmudelig und nicht hygienisch. Auch der Aussenbereich war unordentlich; es lagen viele Zigarettenkippen auf der Terrasse.

Das ist wirklich sehr peinlich!!! Und gar nicht üblich bei uns. Leider war ich selbst in der Zeit nicht da. Die Putzfrau wird umgehend entlassen! Das tut mir wahnsinnig leid!!! Ich hoffe, ich kann das irgendwann wieder gut machen! Wenn Sie das möchten, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte. Nochmals 1000 Mal Entschuldigung. Das darf nicht passieren. Das Häuschen liegt wunderbar eingebettet inmitten von Weinbergen mit Blick über das Tal und den Main. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die schöne Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Genug Platz, tolle Gastgeber und schön ist es auch noch. Auch der direkte Anschluss an den Fahrradweg ist und die unmittelbare Umgebung gefällt.
