The newly renovated holiday rental, with 75 square metres of living space, is located in the basement of a two-family home and features an exit leading to a private terrace in the quiet garden, which includes a private section and a lawn for sunbathing. The holiday rental features a modern bathroom with a floor-level walk-in wellness shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to linger at a cosy dining table that seats four. The adjoining living room is very bright thanks to the nearby patio door, and a comfortable, cosy couch with a large flat-screen TV makes for exceptionally relaxing evenings. In addition, guests have access to two separate bedrooms and can use a reserved parking space in front of the house, as well as free Wi-Fi and covered bicycle storage, at no extra charge. A 100% prepayment may be charged after booking. Payment is made by bank transfer. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out by 10:30 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. Adults only. Included in the price: towels (changed once a week upon request), bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking.
