The host, Andrew, was very responsive. Answered all the questions, made sure the check in went smoothly, and provided all the necessary details ahead of time. The property is beautiful. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. We enjoyed cooking on the gas grill- Property even provides the propane. The sunset views were phenomenal.

This rental is so comfortable and beautiful. You can tell that it's freshly remodeled everything is new and in perfect condition. Unfortunately many things in the area are still in bad shape from last year's hurricanes but this condo is located on a great shelling beach with beautiful sunsets. And we found lots of shark teeth!

The apartment is situated right on the oceanfront, and the interior is lovely and well-decorated. It would be a nice touch if they provided at least a little coffee for brewing and some snacks, since there are no shops nearby. The exterior of the building is currently under renovation and doesn't look very appealing; the construction work also creates a lot of noise. We arrived at 2:00 PM and spoke with Andrew to ask if we could enter just to drop off our groceries, but he refused. Furthermore, the 10:00 AM checkout time truly doesn't leave you with any time to do anything; considering the high price point, a checkout time of 12:00 PM would be more appropriate and allow for a more relaxed departure.
