Gite for 6 people + 1 baby (baby equipment available) which has just been refurbished for the sake of comfort. 15 minutes from the beaches, you will be won over by this pretty stone house in a hamlet, quiet, close to shops (5 min from Super U, Lidl)<br>On the ground floor you will find:<br>- a bedroom with a 140x 200 bed + 1 baby cot<br>- 1 powder room<br>- 1 toilet <br>- 1 laundry room<br>- 1 large living room of 55m2 including living room, dining room and open fitted kitchen<br>Upstairs:<br>- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200<br>- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200 separable on request into 2 beds of 80x200<br><br>at the back an access to the garden with garden furniture equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue, deckchair<br>Parking space in front of the house<br>Wi-Fi Internet, My Channel Access with Netflix, Disney Plus,...<br>The house is rather well centred, 20min from paimpol, 15 min from plérin, 20 mi, from st brieuc, 15 min from guingamp, 15 min from st quay portrieuc, binic,... 10min from the zoo of trégomeur, 10min from the tree climbing of lantic<br><br>The beds are made for your arrival, we can separate one of the beds upstairs into 2 single beds on request. We provide one small and one large towel per person, NO flannel.<br><br>The accommodation is cleaned before each arrival, please respect the premises and leave it clean.<br><br>Please also let us know if there is any malfunction (indeed we try to check as many things as possible between 2 rentals but we can't necessarily see everything) and also for reporting any breakages, it can happen but we prefer the honesty of people rather than having the "surprise" and this allows us to replace quickly for the next tenants.
