Gîte Ty-Boem, Spa & Sauna 8 km from the beaches !

You will fall in love with this cottage. It is ideal for 6 people, entirely independent, where everything has been designed and fitted out for your greatest comfort, is spacious with its 160 m2 and its 3000m2 park fully enclosed. It is located in a small, friendly and very quiet hamlet.

You can enjoy the countryside while being close to the sea: the seaside resort of Binic offering many activities in season is 8 km away.

The cottage is designed to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends, between walks, culture, sport and relaxation.
Enjoy good times by the fire, after a sauna and a moment of relaxation in the Spa (Jacuzzi) for 6 heated all year round at 36°C.

Your vacation rental, with its harmonious decoration, includes:
- On the ground floor: pleasant living room with its large fireplace, television with numerous French and foreign satellite channels - large dining room - fully equipped integrated kitchen - relaxation area with sauna - bathroom with a walk-in shower - wc .

- Upstairs: mezzanine leading to 3 large bedrooms: a bedroom with 2 100 cm beds, 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed - bathroom with bathtub - large library with more than 500 various books (novels, fiction, children's , ...) - wc.

- Outside: large wooded grounds of 3000m2 - table and garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing - play area for the greatest joy of children (hut, slide, swing, ...) - relaxation side, you there find a very nice spa (jacuzzi) for 6 people.

Excellent Property & Location

We visited the property October 1/2 term. The accommodation is clean, well appointed and maintained. We were a party of 6 and all had plenty of room and privacy. Located in a rural location, but close enough to supermarkets, retail outlets, bakeries etc. We arrived on an early morning ferry and our host, Eric was more than happy for us to settle in early. Eric was friendly and attentive and we would definitely return and can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbracht. Das große, gepflegte Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand lädt sofort zum Entspannen ein und sorgt für eine herrlich ruhige, erholsame Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist angenehm abgeschieden, trotzdem erreicht man Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Zeit – ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit allem Komfort.Das Haus selbst ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Man spürt das französische Ambiente in jedem Detail, was dem Haus eine besondere Wohlfühl-Note verleiht.Wer ein stilvolles und ruhiges Ferienhaus in schöner Lage sucht und gleichzeitig die Nähe zum Meer und zu netten Geschäften schätzt, wird hier glücklich. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen! Ein großes Merci an den Eric.

Bretonische Unterkunft deluxe

Unsere Familie (4 Erwachsene und unsere beiden 8- und 5-jährigen Kinder) hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Ty-Boem. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Für uns waren bei schönstem Herbstwetter im Oktober insbesondere das weitläufige Grundstück mit eigenem Spielplatz und Whirlpool und die Nähe zum Meer (der wunderschöne Badeort Binic ist z.B. nur 10 Fahrtminuten entfernt) große Pluspunkte. Aber auch das Haus selbst wusste uns durchweg zu überzeugen - insbesondere die äußerst bequemen Betten, die wir so noch in keiner anderen Ferienunterkunft angetroffen haben. Der Self-Check-in verlief problemlos. Gastgeber Eric schaute nur kurz vorbei, um uns eine Einweisung in die wichtigsten Dinge zu geben (u.a. TV- und Sat-Anlage, Heizung, Kamin, Mini-Sauna und Whirlpool). Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und toll um nachts Sterne zu beobachten. Dennoch sind im Radius von 10 Fahrminuten unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Wir können Ty-Boem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Großartiger Ort

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Strand und Supermarkt mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist völlig ungestört. Die Kinder haben den Whirlpool sehr genossen.

Traumhaftes stilvolles Haus mit Jakuzzi

Alles ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt. Der Garten ist wunderschön bepflanzt. Das Anwesen wird mit Liebe gepflegt. Der Jakuzzi ist wunderbar und hat für viel Entspannung gesorgt. Die Möglichkeit deutsche Sender im Fernseher zu sehen, war ebenfalls super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un séjour inoubliable

Un GRAND merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. La maison ezt magnifique, le jardin également, le cadre est parfait. Des oiseaux par dizaines pr vous réveiller, une literie EXCEPTIONNELLE, une region a couper le souffle. Franchement allez y les yeux fermes ca vaut le detour. Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus von einem herzensguten Vermieter

Alles war so, wie im Internet beschrieben. Herr Bullio ist ein ausgesprochen höflicher Mensch. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. Ruhig gelegen, dennoch alles in ein paar Kilometer zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Unser Hund vermisst es bereits. Alle notwendigen Dinge sind im Huas vorhanden. Wir haben noch nie ein so komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus oder Ferienwohnung gemietet.

Lovely October week!

The owner was very welcoming and access to the property went smoothly. The kitchen equipment was modern and it was well decorated throughout. The house manual was very detailed! We all really enjoyed using the hot tub! The house is very located to visit lots of lovely local attractions!

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles sauber und auf dem neuesten Stand. Angefangen von den elektrischen Rollläden bis zu der Außenbeleuchtung bis zum Whirlpool. Der große Garten mit den riesigen Bäumen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles eingezäunt und von aussen nicht einseebar. Einfach perfekt.

Perfect Family Holiday

Ty-Boem has it all for a perfect family holiday. The photos look stunning and the reality is even better. Wonderful garden, so big that our poodle did not want to go for his daily walks! Great inside space that due to thick stone walls and double height ceiling was wonderfully cool in the height of the August sun. Hot tub is great fun and Eric came over midway through our stay to fully clean it. Perfect location for great seaside towns with wonderful markets and so many beaches to choose from. Coastal walks were stunning. Eric was the perfect host and we would like to thank him for our truly memorable family holiday.

Une belle longère magnifiquement restaurée en campagne et pourtant proche de la mer. Un séjour de rê

Une maison tout confort . Belles prestations. Accueil chaleureux par un propriétaire très arrangeant. Un grand parc tout clôturé, belle sécurité pour les parents de jeunes enfants et propriétaires d'animaux. En campagne avec belles balades possibles et à dix minutes de la mer. Et pour compléter ce tableau idyllique, un jacuzzi, un sauna et une cheminée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci.

Au calme

Une maison très agréable sans vis a vis, au calme. Nous avons aimé notre séjour détente et nous avons profité du jacuzzi. Autour nous avons visite la baie de st brieuc, Dinan et sa ville médiévale charmante, l'île de Bréhat splendide, Paimpol et son petit port, dol de Bretagne et son marché très gourmand. Une semaine bien remplie.
