3 Story Waterfront House with a pool and Beautiful Views!

***NEW POOL***29 DAYS MINIMUM STAY. Bring your boat (20,000 Lbs. boat lift). This is a family-friendly Home. Equipped with all your wants and needs, such as a kitchen with brand new amenities, BBQ & Patio area, and included watersports (kayak and paddleboard). Spacious enough for 10 people, and most importantly very clean. We are conveniently located one hour from Miami & minutes away from restaurants, local shopping, and a quick kayak ride away from John Pennekamp State Park, known worldwide for its underwater scuba & snorkeling.
Plenty of parking. Easy and convenient access to great restaurants, local shopping, state park and a short drive to beaches. Ocean 5 minutes away. Beautiful scenic ride to Key West is just 1.5 hours away.
This home is located across a deep channel canal on the ocean side with quick boat access to the the Atlantic ocean for boating, fishing and/or diving. There are so many places to get lost kayaking and you are never far from home. Most of all, property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

$3,000.00 fully refundable deposit to cover any damage caused during the stay.

It is our first time renting our beautiful Florida Key house, that is why we don’t have reviews.

Had a wonderful family vacation. The house is perfect and has everything we need, an ice maker, bait freezer and lovely pool. Alian and Betty were responsive and excellent hosts. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Already rebooked for next year.
