CAPTAIN’S QUARTERS Tropical pool house. Airport, Beaches, Usssa sports complex
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful home centrally-located in downtown Melbourne. The property has three bedrooms, two queen beds and two twin beds. There is also a pullout couch in the den area and full-size air mattress to accommodate additional guests. located only 10 minutes from Melbourne beach, 30 mins from cocoa beach, 4 minutes from Melbourne airport, 5 minutes from the mall and 2 minutes from a Publix grocery store. The yard is completely fenced in and features a hammock, fire pit and palm trees providing shade. The pool goes from 3ft to 7ft and life jackets are provided. There is a propane (propane not included) and charcoal grill available. Pets are allowed, there is a $50 fee per pet.

We left our small hometown and moved to Brevard county in 2014 to begin a new chapter in our lives and explore new opportunities in Florida.
