Family vacation

Our family enjoyed the beautiful home so very much! This is our second year staying here and we have made so many wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! Great location and you don't have far at all to travel to get to some of the most favorite hotspots such as the beaches, restaurants, and boardwalk. Quiet And relaxing! We will certainly be coming again next year.

Near Fenwick Islans

Very comfortable townhouse with open space floor plan within 10 minutes of Fenwick Island. However, the lack of a washer and dryer in the unit makes it less convenient for longer stays.

Getaway Weekend

The place was exactly as described and Jessica, host, could not of been more helpful. She answered all questions and provided recommendations. Quiet area and the backyard pond was relaxing after a day surrounded by tourists at the beach- lol.The location was great 20 min to Bethany, 25-30 to either Rehobath (incl outlets) and Ocean City, Maryland.

Beautiful Home with Outdoor Seating

The house was nice! Very beautiful. The host Jessica was nice and accomodating, very helpful with the process. There could be more towels. Otherwise, the home is well equipped, and the lighting is fanstatic. Parking wasn't of concern also! The notices in the home did not match the listing, but the vrbo listing was sufficient and Jessica was responsive.

Above our expectations

Lovely spaces and decor! Clean and comfortable. Smart TV was Huge!! Back patio was a favorite spot to rest and relax. The steps going up and down to the bedrooms were a little much for our older bodies to handle, but would be perfect for a younger family. We did have a little issue with the somewhat invisible concrete front porch step, and thought it should have been painted another color or taped for safety. Other than these last two items, our stay was exquisite!

As good as described

This townhouse was what I expected based on the description. It suited our family well. It was very clean and the owner sets clear expectations for it to be kept that way, which I appreciated. One minor complaint was that the home was very heavily scented with various fragrances (candles, incense, potpourri) in every room. It gave me a headache but was easy to solve and the owner was understanding when I communicated that I relocated all these to a closet.

Beautiful home

I rented the property with my 2 adult children and my 3 y/o grandson. The home looked somewhat new, was exactly as pictured and was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. There were quite a few rules presented after booking. It is a beautiful home but with all of the rules it was hard to feel at home. No shoes in the home, no laundry, no parking in the driveway were a few. Overall it was a good trip if I rent again I won’t bring any children. The location was perfect because you were right in the middle of the beaches. One suggestion, more mirrors, the only mirrors were in the bathrooms. Thank you Jessica for your hospitality.

Think about it

Overall the house is a nice it’s a beach house but the 3 rules makes it inconvenient for your stay , 1 no shoes in the house not everyone likes to walk around bare footed when you are inside and she states to leave outside the door but you wake up To them being wet from sprinklers. 2. No sand well that also makes it inconvenient when you do plan on going to the beach but have to make sure you do not have any sand on anything you took ! 3. No parking in the driveway also an inconvenience when the lots are full and you need to walk to the house with all Your stuff that’s the only house I saw that had this rule.

clean, beautiful property with an amazing patio! Only downfall is no easy access to the beaches.

I can say Jessica was very easy to work with. Others reviewed their stay negative because of the rules. the rules were just common sense. The only issues that I had was no washer/dryer was inconvenient even though there was one l-2 minutes away and that the bedrooms had no Tv hook ups. The biggest issue is that we couldn’t find parking to go to the beach. whether it was bethany beach or Ocean city you need a permit that you can only get as a resident. Public parking fills up early and fast. If you want beach access for your stay this house doesn’t have it. It’s 7-14 minutes away. Jessica did try to help us find beach access but nothing that worked out.

Overall it was a good stay…

The property was lovely, as pictured. Convenient to both Bethany Beach and the Nightlife in Ocean City. My group and I did think some of the rules were a little excessive, we wished quiet hours started a little later and we could adjust the air because was stuffy during the day when the sun was at its peak. Some of the neighbors were nice and welcoming; others made us slightly uncomfortable. * Cons • The curtains are very sheer; if you’re walking around the home with minimal clothing on, the neighbors CAN see you. • There was no cleaning equipment (Mop, Broom, etc.). If something spilled, there was literally no way to clean it. • There were stains on a few of the towels and blankets Outside of those minor cons, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others.
