Walking distance to grocery store, 7-11, Coffee Beanery. Walk to the best restaurants in town like Liquid Assets, Lombardi's, Bull on the Beach, Blue Fish, and a quick drive to Ropewalk, Hooked, and the Hobbit! Come stay and have the best views in OC!

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
