What you will love about this accommodation

The house has an area of 200 square metres of living space on a plot of 630 square metres. We have an outdoor swimming pool next to the garden seating area, sunbeds, a barbecue, a sheltered terrace (Garden Furniture), another terrace with a large outdoor table (10 people) with a canning shutter, a garden shed, a tree house, a petanque court, a grassy area to play football.
We just ask you to maintain the pool during your stay.

La casa tiene una superficie de 200 metros cuadrados habitables en una parcela de 630 metros cuadrados. Disponemos de una piscina exterior junto a la zona de muebles de jardín, tumbonas, una barbacoa, una terraza cubierta (muebles de jardín), otra terraza con una gran mesa de exterior (10 personas) con toldo, una caseta de jardín, una cabaña en el árbol., una pista de petanca, una zona de césped para jugar al fútbol.
Solo le pedimos que mantenga la piscina durante su estadía.g

What you will love about the area

The house is located in a quiet development with large plots in a village located 15 minutes from the sea, the radiant coast (Argeles sur Mer, Canet, Saint Cyprien etc...), the rocky coast (Collioure, Port Vendres etc), 10 minutes from Perpignan, 1H30 from Barcelona, 1H30 from Montpellier, and 2 hours from Toulouse, 1H30 from the Mountain (Font Romeu), 15 minutes from the medium mountains (Les Albères) where there are many hikes to do.
1 min from the house you are in the fields for walks or cycling.
There is a city football field, skate park 5 minutes walk from the house. Possibility to go to the beach by bike by the paths (35 minutes) and bike path.
Festive evenings (Sound, screams) are prohibited.

La casa está situada en una subdivisión tranquila con grandes terrenos en un pueblo situado a 15 minutos del mar, de la costa radiante (Argelès sur Mer, Canet, Saint Cyprien, etc...), de la costa rocosa (Collioure, Port Vendres, etc. ... ), a 10 minutos de Perpignan, 1.5 horas de Barcelona, 1.5 horas de Montpellier, y 2 horas de Toulouse, 1.5 horas de la Montaña (Font Romeu), 15 minutos de la media montaña (Les Albères) donde hay muchas caminatas que HACER.
A 1 minuto de la casa estás en el campo para caminar o andar en bicicleta.
Hay un campo de fútbol de la ciudad y un parque de patinaje a 5 minutos a pie de la casa. Posibilidad de ir a la playa en bicicleta por los senderos (35 minutos) y carril bici.
